Day 127: If I Ruled Lichtenstein... Half a Day Would Not Be Spent Straightening Wrinkled Bed Sheets

I really don't mind housework. I mind how often I have to do housework.

Seriously. The bed has to be made every.single. day. If you spend two minutes making your bed every day, that adds up to more than 12 HOURS a year you spend making your bed! That. Is. RIDICULOUS.

It seems like I've just folded the last shirt when the laundry basket is overflowing again. You use a ridiculous number of dishes at every meal that need washing. And when you have a giant black dog and beige carpeting, forget being any kind of satisfied with vacuuming.

Therefore in Lichtenstein, the price of homes or apartments will include maid service. Can you imagine how much extra time we'd have if we didn't have to do housework? No cleaning the bathroom, taking out the garbage, and certainly not even one minute of 12 hours will be spent pulling the sheets taunt. Ridiculous.
